Book of Romans with Dr. Thomas A. Nite
“Dr. Thomas A. Nite is a dedicated professor that comes to teach at Moldova Bible Seminary since 2005. He has always been a blessing to our students. His talent to teach and explain difficult material in a simple way always served the intellectual and spiritual growth of our students. We were blessed once again by Dr. Nite’s visit to teach the class on the Epistle to the Romans an important theological book.
The book of Romans lays out the universal need for salvation that is available to all through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works, but by grace. This message of justification by faith forms the bedrock of Christian belief and is crucial for personal spiritual growth and ministry to others. It equips believers to explain the gospel clearly and live out its implications. The book of Romans is both theological and practical, shaping how Christians understand their identity in Christ and engage in ministry.
Please, pray for God to bless Dr. Nite and other people like him to be able to travel to our country and teach at our seminary. Perhaps, we need to see the that the time of Jesus return is getting closer each day and we need to use our time wisely proclaiming the gospel of salvation especially around the Easter Season since we know Jesus is coming back.”

- Andrei – 2nd year, feels called to be part of Christ’s church and wants to be a missionary where God leads.
- Anastasia – 2nd year, feels called to be a worship leader (serves on the worship team at KBC) says, ‘God is leading me to teach others, sharing Biblical lessons and helping people grow in their faith.’
- Nikita – 2nd year, does not yet know how God plans to use him.
- Yulia – Graduated college as a tour agent, graduates MBS this May and desires to be a missionary to Africa.
- Tom – Center
- Ernest – 2nd year, born in Russian far east to a family of missionaries. His father is from Moldova. He now serves the Community Bible Study Mission providing Bible study manuals for home groups. He leads a home group for youth.
- Aliona – 2nd year, diligent student, still seeking God’s will for her life.
- Vlad – Graduates from MBS in May, may work with Kishinev Bible Church. Currently ministers in a youth café, a teen ministry called Restart, and teaches in his small group.
Moldova was a time to catch up with former students like Sasha & Sveta Gherman and their daughter, Renali. They lead the young teen ministry at Kishinev Bible Church.
Sergei Babaraica serves in the teaching and preaching rotation at this church. I always enjoy discussions with him and encourage him in his work.
Slava Mita (wife Aurica) serves as the Dean of Moldova Bible Seminary. He was my student there 20 years ago when I first started teaching in Moldova!
Water Wells For India- Valakodu Village
Drillers feared the well would be dry. But 2 days later the well was filled with water! And it stays full. Praise God for this miracle!
